Purpose
My TOS is here to show my protections as an artist and your protections as a client. Please read through this carrd before you commission me, and thank you for considering me as your artist!
YouTube
Any art that is a lightly shaded half-body up to a scene of any kind, I will make a Time Lapse of it and post it to YouTube. Credits will be given in the video description of who the character belongs to.If you do not wish for your character(s) to be posted to YouTube please let me know ahead of time.

Refunds and Changes
Refunds are only available until the color is added, after that a refund cannot be made.
Changes can be made to the sketch and line art (only minor changes). If you ask for more than 3 changes, it will cost $10 extra for each new change.
If the art reaches the coloring stage and you want a different pose, you must pay the original price of the commission for that to occur, as I will essentially be making a new art piece.
Schedule
The link below will take you to an excel spreadsheet that outlines my schedule between work and commissions. If you do not wish to be taken to a different site please message me asking for availability.Time Table for Commissions:
Monday: 8am - 12pm
Tuesday: 7:30am - 12pm
Wednesday: 7:30am - 12pm
Thursday: 7:30am - 10am & 7pm - 10pm
Friday: 7:30am - 12pm
Saturday & Sunday Off
Wait Times vary depending on the amount in my queue, normally my art takes less than 3 months.
Saturday’s and Sunday’s are my designated break days so I will not be working on comms those days unless there is a specific deadline on the comm. Otherwise, please respect my break.
Turnaround Time
My art tends to take 1-2 months, however, if the art piece is anything bigger than a Fully Shaded Full-Body it could take up to 3-4 months. I will keep you updated throughout the process and if I think it will take longer than 2 months.
If at any point you’re looking at the schedule and you notice that your art piece has less time slots when it once had more, that’s not a mistake, its because I am almost done with your commission. :)
Updates
These vary with the commission type as well, if it’s a scene of any kind I will send multiple updates asking if it looks right and giving the chance for critiques so I can match your thoughts as well as possible.
If it’s a shaded bust then there will be very few in comparison.
Usually, I will let you know once I’ve started the next step.
