Purpose
My TOS is here to show my protections as an artist and your protections as a client. Please read through this carrd before you commission me, and thank you for considering me as your artist!
Ink Blot / Other Socials
Ink Blot is an app similar to twitter but catered towards artists, Instagram and BlueSky are separate social media sites. The reason for this being mentioned in my TOS is to let you as the customer know that I will be posting any art I make across my socials. As in Twitter, Ink Blot, Instagram, Tumblr and BlueSky.If you do not wish for your character(s) to be posted to Ink Blot, Instagram, Tumblr or BlueSky, please let me know ahead of time. Proper credit and links will be provided across the platforms mentioned for character credits.

Refunds and Changes
Refunds are only available until the color is added, after that a refund cannot be made.
Changes can be made to the sketch and line art (only minor changes). If you ask for more than 3 changes, it will cost $10 extra for each new change.
If the art reaches the coloring stage and you want a different pose, you must pay the original price of the commission for that to occur, as I will essentially be making a new art piece.
Schedule
The link below will take you to an excel spreadsheet that outlines my schedule between school and commissions. If you do not wish to be taken to a different site please message me asking for availability.Commissions will be worked on on my off days but school comes first.
Comms usually take 1 week to 1 month depending on character complexity, and my classes workload.
Sundays are my designated break day so I will not be working on comms that day unless there is a specific deadline on the comm. Otherwise, please respect my break.
Turnaround Time
My art tends to take 1 week to 1 month, however, if the art piece is anything bigger than a shaded half-body, it can take up to 2 months.
If at any point you’re looking at the schedule and you notice that your art piece has less time slots when it once had more, that’s not a mistake, its because I am almost done with your commission. :)
Updates
These vary with the commission type as well, if it’s a scene of any kind I will send multiple updates asking if it looks right and giving the chance for critiques so I can match your thoughts as well as possible.
If it’s a shaded bust then there will be very few in comparison.
Usually, I will let you know once I’ve started the next step.
